Welcome players, coaches and parents

For me tennis is a way of saying: “I want to play and win”, “I am competitive”, “I love getting fit and having fun at the same time”, "I want to meet new people", but also, “I am ready to lose and cry”, “I am willing to listen and learn”. As a semi-pro tennis player and later as a coach, I went through the many ups and downs of this sport. I was probably hard to work with because I was stubborn and did not listen, but what really made me a better player and a coach was understanding how to listen to others. I think that being a tennis player is as easy as learning and doing what you have learned. You learn at practice, you learn from others, you learn from losses and wins. Sounds easy, but most players revert back to old habits when the result is on the line. Eventually you will learn more about yourself. It is a long way until you grow up as a tennis player.  But you will find out who you are, both on and off the court and hopefully as a result of this you will understand who you want to be.
"I feel that things are different now, that I'm doing things on the court and off the court, also. I think I'm much more relaxed, more open to people, not getting frustrated as I did before, in all kinds of ways. So yeah, I'm growing up."    Amelie Mauresmo
This website has been put together to help us communicate, share and learn from each other while we strive to reach our goals to become better players and better people.

How I can help you

Do you feel that there is still a lot to work on in your game? Do you want to correct things the right way or take longer fixing bad habits later? Or do you have all you need  in your game but can't use it?
"I have calmed down. I think that's because I'm playing much better these days, so there's much less to get angry about."    Mario Ancic
